Service Scheduling- Ecoturf generally visits your lawn between 4 and 6 weeks apart based on weather conditions. We will notify you in advance by text or phone call usually the business day before service if requested.

For your convenience, service continues year to year. Any changes to your account must be made to customer service by calling 586-884-6757. For additional information regarding these policies, you can email us at [email protected]

Payment Information- All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise written, prepaid or installment agreements have been documented. Customers that enter into a prepayment relationship may incur a $20.00 fee if the contract is terminated before being fulfilled.

Text Messaging- Customers and inquiries that supply phone numbers and email addresses authorize Ecoturf Lawn Care to send text messages, emails and phone calls regarding service scheduling and condition notifications and any other communications related to our services. Ecoturf Lawn Care does not charge customers for text messaging. Messaging and data charges may apply and can be addressed by contacting customers cellular carriers. Customers may opt out of text messaging by replying STOP to the text message or by calling 586-884-6757 to define their preferred contact method.

No mobile opt-in data will be shared to third parties.

Provided Services- Services offered by Ecoturf are defined on proposals, prepay letters, and invoices and are subject to change based on weather conditions, geographic location, and additional factors outlined by law. Terms of Use Changes- Updated changes will periodically be posted on our website and customers are encouraged to check back for these changes. Ecoturf Lawn Care reserves the right to make changes to the terms at any time and these changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Customers continued use of Ecoturf Lawn Care services will constitute acceptance of these Terms of Use and any updates
